Our supported care services provide 24 hour, person-centred care support thereby enabling people with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, complex care and challenging behaviours to live as independently as possible, as well as interact with the wider inclusive community, whilst benefiting from a home life shared with their peers.

Our professionalism is powered by experienced staff teams, thriving from a high level of staff resource & flexibility covering most eventualities, including staff absences, individual and staff compatibility, and extra support for individuals having a difficult ‘day'.
Individually Tailored Support service
Our range of services are designed to meet each individual’s care, support needs and aspirations. For some, their home may also be a ‘pathway’ to another service that may offer more independence.
Our supported care is based on positive outcomes and expertise of developing environments that focus on promoting and encouraging the individual’s independence and functioning.
With our well motivated professional staff, a personalised support plan will be created by individual, their families and administered with particular emphasis on your interests, priorities and skills. Further to this, our services shall thrive on finance management, job recruitment drive, education, work or leisure activities.
With great consideration of the individual preference, our 24-hour service also includes a sleep - in or waking night service.
Support individuals care ranges from 18+ and over from low to high levels. The service is CQC registered , meaning the service offers support for individuals to live in their own properties.

We know how important it is for you to be able to choose where to live, who to live with and what you do every day. We take a person-centred approach. We will make sure that you are at the heart of planning and developing your service, giving you more choice, control and independence. At the heart of our supported care for learning disabilities offering support within the comfort of your home and the service is CQC registered. We focus on individual goals, personalities and unique choices or ambitions in life to devise a carefully tailored plan in line with our personal behaviour support model.
